Bookings

Our engineers carry commonly used spare parts, allowing them to complete most of the kitchen appliance repairs we’ve been booked foe on the same visit.
It usually takes between two and three, and up to five working days for part held in stock in the UK. If arriving from Europe, it would take 10-14 days. Some of manufacturers or their representatives also offer a next day delivery service, which comes with an extra charge.
We pass down the manufacturer’s spare parts guarantee, and we give between 6 months and 1 year guarantee on our repair work. The guarantee’s length depends on what has been repaired, and the general state of the particular kitchen appliance. We are happy to further discuss individual cases with our customers when they have more questions about particular appliance, brand, model, and type of repair.
The warranty we give our clients is specific to the specific fault and its repair. If the repaired appliance develops another fault, the process starts from the beginning, meaning that we will charge a one-off call-out charge to diagnose the particular problem.
The charge for our fixed one-off fee for our first visit includes diagnostic (fault finding), labour, full testing after the repair, and a professional safety check. If new parts are required in order to complete the repair, they are charged separately.
The initial charge also includes repeat visit(s) in case we don’t have the necessary spare part and need to purchase it before we can proceed with the kitchen appliance repair. What is more, our engineers stay on site for as long as they need for a successful repair – we do not time limit our jobs.
In case a kitchen appliance is beyond repair, we’ll only charge our one-off call-out fee, and our engineers will explain at length why the kitchen appliance can’t be fixed.
When we don’t have a spare part have to use to complete a repair service, we discuss options with our clients, and purchase a spare part only whit their permission. We keep them constantly updated on the progress so they know when the part will be arriving, and consequently, the day/time slot of their kitchen appliance repair being completed.
Our customers can rest assured that we only work with authentic spare parts which we obtain from manufacturers or their representatives.
Yes, you can cancel or re-arrange a repair service, provided that you give us a 24-hour advance notice. For late cancellations we charge a £25 (twenty-five pounds) cancellation fee.
